I have used Netprinter before, and recently ordered more sewing patterns to be printed from PDF format. I can only commend the owners of this company. Despite the lockdown situation and the additional stresses, staffing and capacity problems that this has caused, they have been exceptionally helpful and prompt in responding to a query that I raised. Netprinter has (in addition to all regular services) been busy producing patterns for NHS scrubs, and have understandably given this very worthwhile service the priority it deserves. In addition, they are working with reduced staff capacity to fulfil all their other orders, including those from sewers like myself who find sewing relaxing in these difficult times. Netprinter's communication with customers is excellent, and have updated their website to keep everyone well informed of the slightly longer than usual dispatch time. I would highly recommend their service - the finished product, and overall customer service is amazing.. I wish everyone at Netprinter good health and every future success with the business. Once again, even during the Covid 19 pandemic, these guys have done everything they can to support their customers whilst observing the governments social distancing rules. Serviced my requirements without question, as always. Been using them for the last 4 years and always will. Cannot ever fault their polite friendly service
2 'free' patterns printed on good quality paper for£3 each but total bill including folding, VAT and postage was over £11 which was higher than I expected.
Wrong pattern sent and took a lot of chasing up to eventually get correct item although to be fair company only had skeleton staff and post was exceptionally slow due to Covid-19.
You printing the PDF of the pattern cost the same as a paper pattern .
Really loved the service , haven’t got the patience to sellotape a PDF pattern together . So your service is perfect for me .

Ordered a scrubs pattern to start sewing for nhs staff, I ordered late at night and got an email in the morning to say it was being processed, and shortly after it was dispatched. Incredible service thank you so much!
