When the pattern eventually arrived 7 days after it was said to have been printed I also had in the envelope another customers order too so had to send that on and also that I had been charged full price for the printing of the pattern where as she had only paid a third of what I did. How come the discrepancy when we had both ordered the same scrubs pattern. So not very impressed over all.

This was the first time that I have used Netprinter and I really like the service. The only thing that made it go down a star was the fact that at checkout, they had added a "folding fee" of £1.20 to my order in addition to postage. Don't really understand why and couldn't find any information as to what that is still. I didn't find anything special about the folding either! So definitely bear this in mind if you are ordering.
