Arrived much faster than I expected and great quality. I went for the folded option this time and definitely worth paying extra. Much easier to store.

Overall an excellent service. I did have to query a delay, despite website promises, but I was impressed by the genuine response I got, in what are very difficult times. I would certainly use the company again.

I will be returning to use a different well known pattern printing company. I understand that these are exceptional circumstances but if orders can not be fulfilled promptly I would advise stopping taking orders until you can catch up. I was horrified to find two weeks after placing the order that it was only just being shipped. Until this point I was thinking that Royal Mail were causing the delay. The other company I ordered with after printed colour free of charge. Dispatched the next day and my order was sent first class arriving I think within three days The other company also sent neatly folded patterns. I’m afraid I won’t be a returning customer
