Customer service was brilliant. I was not aware that one of the pattern format was incorrect until someone from customer service (sorry your name skipped my mind) contacted me to inform me. He was patient with me and offered to print the correct format for free. Brilliant service.
The printing is clear and the paper used are excellent quality. This is my second time using this service and I will use it again.
