I was trying to complete an order on my iPhone and having difficulty. I don’t have or want a PayPal account and the website wasnt allowing me to proceed with a credit card payment. I sent an email to customer service and Simon rang me- lunch time Sunday. He was very helpful, couldn’t solve my problemI was able to order on my work computer with no issue - different screens. The sewing patterns arrived promptly, great product. I will use them again

Quick and easy. Paper is thicker than standard pattern paper without being too thick. Will do this again with other patterns
