I sent a couple of patterns to Netprinter to try out the service and I'm really pleased with the results. Good quality paper with all the sizes on so I can just print off the size I need in future. I shall be sending all.my pdf patterns for printing now! Delivery was super quick too, thanks!

I love the product and always had good quality but the service I’ve received is disappointing
I use your service a lot and was highly disappointed by this experience. I have always ordered using the standard mail choice and always received my order the next day. This time however you sent it via 2nd class mail. It took 6 working days to reach me, the most disappointing part was I ordered on a Friday (10th may) and was sent an email 2 hours later saying it had been dispatched. However when I received the parcel the date stamp by Royal Mail said it was sent on the 14th???? I’m really disappointed by this! Waiting 6 working days is really disappointing, maybe you should look into sending your parcels on the same day you actually tell a customer they are dispatched not 4 days later!!!

Patterns arrived well packaged. Paper is a good thickness and folded neatly. Straightforward to order and transparent pricing.
I spent quite some time looking for someone to print some historical black and white maps at A0 size before finally finding Netprinter. The print quality was excellent and the price less than I'd expected.
This was my first experience of getting sewing patterns printed and I'm very impressed. I shopped around but Netprinter was the most competitive price I could find. The turnaround was quick and the patterns themselves seem perfect. I'll almost certainly be back again
Good communication up until you point out an obvious flaw in their descriptions. Arrived in good time otherwise. One of the products was not entirely as described, the right weight but not colour.
Aside from the weight of paper being given I believe the ‘sewing paper’ was otherwise misleading through the representation seen in the banner photograph of the order page, quite clearly showing traditional brown sewing paper. What arrived was white, the same as plan paper but lighter weight. Please change your photograph and make descriptions clearer - only weight of paper given and and no colour leading to make a common sense judgement that what is shown in the photograph is what you’re likely to receive. I raised this with your customer service with no response.
As expected as it appears to be the weight specified and matches the colour of paper shown in the photograph.
This is my second time buying patterns from netprinter. The whole process is so easy and delivery is quick. Never again will I print sheets and sheets of A4 on my home printer. Thank goodness that I found netprinter

I’ve been sticking to the horrible process of printing patterns at home on A4, then spreading paper all over the floor to stick together then cut out. Painful!! But no more! I’m a netprinter convert, thank you.
Really easy interface to upload your documents and select paper size for printing. The patterns arrived folded (my choice) and were all neatly posted in a large envelope. Paper thickness was perfect, not too thick, but not flimsy like commercial patterns. Really reasonable pricing too. Would highly recommend!
