All you need to do is upload your file and they do the rest. The quality of the paper is perfect. The only improvement I could see is the shipping is a bit pricey. But that wouldn't stop me from using them again.
This was a problem with my initial order but they were quick to resolve it at no extra cost and the printing quality and delivery was excellent. I'd definitely recommend them and use them again.
