Both times I found the process easy and straightforward and received my patterns in the email within days, printed out on good quality paper. Excellent and very convenient service. Never again will I print and tape together dressmaking patterns at home.

If ever I make a mistake, the staff are incredibly helpful and quick to resolve any issues, which have always been my fault for uploading the incorrect files.
