Really pleased with the printing and service - easy to use platform. However, the reason for the drop in stars is the charge for folding the sheets, which left me feeling rather disgruntled. Considering this is not an optional cost, it should be wrapped into the printing cost. It’s a minimal charge, but the principle more than anything. Would use again, but would urge them to reconsider their charging policy
