All well printed as usual and timely delivery but...... Plans were mixed up so it is taking me additional time to find sets for my sub contractors.
Patterns arrived with a couple to days. I didnt receive a shipping email so was worried it would take a while, but arrived home to a nice surprise :) great value.

Uploading my pattern for printing was really really easy! So was choosing size and B&W or colour. I love PDF sewing patterns but really hate piecing together especially the larger ones so copy printing is perfect. Lost one star as it would have been helpful to know that a surcharge would be added at less the £5 spent rather than pay I ordered instructions too. The instructions could only be printed A4 would have liked an A5 booklet option and paper quality of the instruction is fantastic but more than required. Took six calendar days from ordering to delivery which felt like ages but that's my impatience. Essentially it is great and i will be back for more.

Historically the service has been impeccable with orders arriving within 24-72 hours. This time it took 8 days (excluding the day of order which was a Sunday). I really needed the patterns for last Saturday and given the speedy service I had received previously, I felt confident I would have them in time. Unfortunately, I had to pay twice for the printed patterns as I had to have them reprinted again locally. They arrived today, however. Normally I don't need the patterns by a specific date and normally they arrive very quickly, but unfortunately not this time.
Having spent hours printing and taping my pdf patterns together, I was delighted when I discovered Netprinter. Highly Recommend this service - it was easy to upload, easy to check and confirm my order. Good value (did a bit of research before) and my order came within a few days. Beautifully folded and on high quality paper. It had even been check before being sent out! Will definitely be using Netprinter again. Thank you for hassle free sewing patterns!

Netprinter was recommended to me for printing off patterns. I phoned with a query that was answered quickly and helpfully so I ordered 3 patterns to be printed. They were delivered very quickly and I am thrilled with them and will now be able to make the patterns I had been putting off as I didn't want to print and stick the pattern together. I will definately be using again.
