Amazing service especially during this time of businesses having to be socially distant. I did not expect to receive my order as quick as I did, only took about a week from ordering to it dropping on my mat. Came with a lovely note from the owners, I really appreciate what u guys are doing and thank you for allowing my isolation to not be so dull as I now have a few sewing patterns to be getting on with.

The site was very easy to use and well priced for dressmaking AO patterns. I ordered during Covid 19 and the guys despite having their staffing numbers drastically reduced still managed to get the patterns to me in good time. Very pleased.

When the pattern eventually arrived 7 days after it was said to have been printed I also had in the envelope another customers order too so had to send that on and also that I had been charged full price for the printing of the pattern where as she had only paid a third of what I did. How come the discrepancy when we had both ordered the same scrubs pattern. So not very impressed over all.
As a first time user, i was really grateful for the clear instructions. I'm really pleased with the product (sewing pattern) and can't wait to use it!

This was the first time that I have used Netprinter and I really like the service. The only thing that made it go down a star was the fact that at checkout, they had added a "folding fee" of £1.20 to my order in addition to postage. Don't really understand why and couldn't find any information as to what that is still. I didn't find anything special about the folding either! So definitely bear this in mind if you are ordering.
