I needed somewhere to print sewing patterns cheaply as do many come in pdf form nowadays and I don't have a printer or time to sellotape 50-80 sheets of A4 together every time! I'd seen netprinter mentioned in some sewing forums so thought I'd give them a go. My first order arrived really quickly, but there was a problem - they had been printed on the wrong orientation so parts of the pattern were missing. It was a Sunday when I discovered this, so I emailed them. They responded first thing Monday, apologised and reprinted immediately - I received the reprints on Tuesday. Excellent customer service, and my second batch of prints have been great. I will definitely use them again.
First time and I did send the wrong doc and you got in touch really quickly and when I then had a question upon receipt you responded to me quickly and very kindly explained.
